designed and built to solve the specific motion, sliding and
loading needs of each customer. An approach making TBP much

of bearing, suitable to the application required by the
customer, thus guaranteeing a quality product at the right

Our bearings are usually delivered with tempered and rolled or
ground ball sliding tracks, surface treatment on demand (zinc
coating, burnishing, zinc-tropicalization, etc.) and lubrication
suitable for the specific use of the customer.
Always working for the customer
TBP success also relies in the Company management skill to
offer their customers a constant and efficient service that -
starting from the plant designing and customizing phase in a
typically "problem solving". TBP can also perform a prototype
of a first set of samples that are pre-tested inside and
subsequently delivered to the customer for a subsequent test,
made by the customer itself checking the real validity of the
product in the application it is intended for. For each
production batch TBP performs a bearing test under the most
innovative systems of quality control in the different
applications under rigorous dimensional controls, load tests,
number of bearable rounds, endurance tests. TBP bearing hold
their gliding and silence features in the time thanks to the use
in the assembly phase of special greases and oils selected by
the technical department. Inner tests guarantee the perfect
functionality of the product. On demand load tables for each
